Physician in pediatrics, trained in health data science

Rennes University Hospital

About

A resident at Rennes University Hospital since 2023, I am interested in making use of health data and in developing artificial intelligence tools that support clinical research.

Career

Originally from Angers, I began my pediatrics residency at Rennes University Hospital in 2023. I first came to data science through the clinical needs I encountered on the wards. The difficulties I faced made me want to explore new ways of using clinical data to answer research questions.

In 2025, I complemented my medical training with the Master's degree in Public Health Data Science (Applied Mathematics and Statistics), run jointly by EHESP and the University of Rennes. My master's internship at LTSI (INSERM UMR 1099, University of Rennes) was a first research experience at the interface between medicine and data science, working on large-scale hospital data.

I am particularly interested in how hospital data, statistical methods and artificial intelligence tools can help us better understand care practices and make clinical research easier. My background lets me bridge the questions clinicians face and the data science methods used to study them.

Research

I take part in the CLIP project (Clinical Learning and Insight Panels), which uses Linkr to deploy a clinical management dashboard in neonatology at Rennes University Hospital.
